Terms & Withdrawal
Buying printables from Nutrizle
These terms cover buying printable PDF worksheets from Nutrizle. They explain who you are buying from, your right to withdraw from an online purchase, the licence you get, and how we look after you if a file won’t open. For how we handle your personal data, see our Safety & Privacy page.

Who you’re buying from
When you buy a printable, your contract is with the seller below. We are the seller you deal with directly and the party responsible for your order — the checkout is handled by our payment provider (Payhip), but the product is ours.
- Nutrizle UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
- Rheingoldstraße 95
- 68199 Mannheim
- Germany
- Commercial register: Amtsgericht Mannheim, HRB 755506
- Email: orders@nutrizle.com
What you’re buying
Every Nutrizle printable is a digital product — a ready-to-print PDF file that you download. There is no physical item and nothing is posted to you.
- Format: PDF, sized for A4, designed to print on an ordinary home, school or office printer.
- File size: usually a few megabytes per worksheet.
- What opens it: any PDF reader — Adobe Acrobat Reader, the Preview app on a Mac, or the built-in viewer in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. No special software is needed.
- After purchase you can download the file straight away and print it as many times as you like — there are no reprint limits and no expiry.
Prices
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Where German VAT (Umsatzsteuer) applies, it is already included in that price; nothing is added afterwards.
If you are buying from outside the EU, your local taxes or card-conversion fees may apply — those are set by your country and your payment provider, not by us.
Right of withdrawal
In plain terms: you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For an instant download, that right ends the moment you ask us to deliver the file right away and confirm you understand that — which is exactly what the tick-box at checkout does. If you do not ask for immediate delivery, the full 14 days stays.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, an email to orders@nutrizle.com, or a letter). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the 14 days expire.
What happens when you withdraw
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.
When the right ends early (digital downloads)
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium — like a PDF download — your right of withdrawal ends early once we begin delivery, provided you have (1) expressly asked us to begin before the 14 days are up, and (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we have confirmed this to you on a durable medium (by email). When you buy a printable and ask for the immediate download at checkout, you give exactly that consent and acknowledgement, and we send you that confirmation. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, simply do not tick the immediate-delivery box — but then the download is not released until the period ends.
Model withdrawal form
If you want to withdraw, you can copy and complete the form below and send it to us — but any clear statement works just as well.
To Nutrizle UG (haftungsbeschränkt), orders@nutrizle.com:

Your licence to use the printables
When you buy a Nutrizle printable you get a licence to use it. You do not buy the copyright, which stays with Nutrizle.
You may
- Print it as often as you like for your own family, at home.
- Print and use copies with the children in your own classroom, group, nursery or practice — teachers and educators are very welcome here.
You may not
- Resell, share, redistribute, forward or upload the PDF file, or pass it to others.
- Use it commercially — for example, selling printed copies.
If you would like to use Nutrizle printables across a whole school or organisation, just email us — we are happy to help.
If a file is faulty
If a file will not open, is corrupted, is the wrong file, or is not as described, you are entitled to have it put right — and to a refund if we cannot fix it. This applies wherever in the world you are, and whatever any other page might say: it is a legal guarantee under the EU Digital Content Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law, and it cannot be signed away. Just email us and we will sort it out.
Contact for refunds & withdrawal
To withdraw, to report a faulty file, or to ask for a refund, email us at orders@nutrizle.com. We aim to reply quickly and, where a refund is due, to pay it within 14 days using your original payment method.
This page describes your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you. For privacy and data questions, see our Safety & Privacy page.
