Let's make something lovely.
- 01
Prepare the Sauce:
- 02
In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tamari, 1 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Stir well and set aside.
- 03
Prepare the Noodles:
- 04
If using fresh noodles, gently separate them into individual strands. If using dried noodles, cook them according to package instructions (usually 6-8 minutes), drain, and set aside.
- 05
Cook the Chicken and Garlic:
- 06
Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 07
Add the chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- 08
Add the Vegetables:
- 09
Add the chopped broccoli and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- 10
Stir-Fry the Noodles:
- 11
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by the sauce. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated and lightly charred in spots.
- 12
Serve:
- 13
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with additional soy sauce or chili flakes if desired. Enjoy!
