We are a small team and we read every message ourselves. Whatever brings you here, a question, an idea, a problem to fix or a simple hello, we would love to hear from you. Here is what people usually write to us about, and roughly what to expect.
Books and printables
Not sure which Nutrizle book or printable pack fits your child’s age or reading level? Tell us a little about your little one and we will point you to the right story or activity. If a downloaded file will not open, prints oddly or is not what you expected, send us the details and we will always put it right.
Schools, nurseries and bulk orders
If you would like to bring Nutrizle into a classroom, library, nursery or whole district, we are happy to arrange bulk pricing and answer any questions about using the books and printables with a group. Let us know roughly how many children you hope to reach and we will prepare a quote.
Press and partnerships
For interviews, features, reviews or collaboration ideas, drop us a note with what you have in mind. We love working with parents, educators, illustrators and healthy-eating advocates who share our mission of making vegetables the hero of the story.
Feedback and ideas
Nutrizle grows from the families who use it. If your child loved a character, spotted something we could improve, or dreamed up a new adventure, we would genuinely love to hear it. Some of our favourite ideas have come straight from young readers.
When you will hear back
You can usually expect a reply within two to three working days. For anything about your child’s safety or privacy, or to exercise your data rights, please also see our Safety and Privacy page, and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Before you write
- Do you ship physical books?
- Our books are sold and shipped through Amazon, so you order them there and Amazon handles delivery and returns. Our printables are instant digital downloads that you print at home as many times as you like.
- Can I use Nutrizle printables in my classroom?
- Yes. Teachers and educators are welcome to print and use copies with the children in their own classroom, group or practice. For use across a whole school or organisation, just ask and we will help.
- In which languages is Nutrizle available?
- Nutrizle is available in English and German, with the same characters and stories in both languages.
- How do I get the free printables?
- Join our newsletter and we will send you a growing library of free Nutrizle printables to your inbox, from colouring pages to letter tracing. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we never share your email with anyone.
