Let's make something lovely.

  1. 01

    Prepare the Meatballs:

Grate one small onion and one small tomato using a fine grater.

  3. 03

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated onion, ground lamb or beef (or a mixture of both), salt and ground black pepper to your taste, breadcrumbs, grated tomato, and the egg.

  4. 04

Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls.

  5. 05

    Cook the Meatballs:

  6. 06

Stovetop Method: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are browned on all sides and cooked through.

  7. 07

Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.

  8. 08

    Cook the Marinara Sauce:

  12. 12
